Property Management
Block Management
We aim to change the negativity that, historically, surrounds block management companies. We believe that communication and education are key to changing a negative mentality. We answer calls, emails and letters as quickly as possible. We set budgets, manage your bank accounts, deal with H & S matters and tender works and manage contractors as well as all other tasks associated with property management. All in all, we offer a complete, transparent and honest management service.
Estate Management
Similar to block management, in that we offer the same service for freehold properties that share estate areas, such as grounds, car parks, roads etc. Whilst there is no lease to 'manage' there are generally covenants associated with the estate and we ensure that those covenants are upheld.
Property Lettings
We offer tenant find only, tenant find & rent collection or a fully managed service.
For all services, we advertise the property, viewings, provide a full inventory, referencing, Right to Rent check and property inspections (fully managed only). We understand the challenges of lettings and are always here to help and offer advice. We are registered with the Tenant Deposit Scheme.
